Cape Coral Vacation Rental Policies Pertaining to Cape Coral Poolside Paradise

Please notes policies may be subject to change or slightly differ from other online booking platforms such as AirBNB, Expedia, etc so please read your reservation details. The below are general policies for direct bookings.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes circumstances can change, and you may need to modify or cancel your reservation. If you booked through a third-party such as AirBNB, VRBO or Booking.com please refer to the third-party refund policy.

If you book direct such as on CapeCoralVacayHome.com, phone or email, please read the below policy..

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Pet Policy

Pet fee applies. Please see rental agreements. Typically $150 Pet Fee * subject to change. Dogs only. No other animals, sorry.

Guest Parking

Home has a nice size driveway suitable to fit 2-4 cars. Parking is Free.

Pool

Pool is treated and cleaned weekly. Chlorine Pool. Pool is not heated.

Smoking

Absolutely NO SMOKING INDOORS, no vaping, no drug use.

Events

No parties or events without prior to booking written approval. Respect Cape Coral Quiet Hours 11pm-7am.

Damages

Please report any existing damages or issues in the rental property upon check-in or when noticed during your stay. Please report if your party has caused any damage to the home beyond normal wear. Guests liable for damage beyond normal use will be charged accordingly, with fees reflecting the cost of repairs or replacements. A detailed breakdown of any damage-related charges will be shared with the guest for transparency.
